Sweet Dessert

All proceeds benefit Big Brothers Big Sisters of Northeastern Wisconsin and its link to positive long-term outcomes for a positive future.

Big Brothers Big Sisters has a bold commitment toward transparent accountability for our outcomes, holding ourselves accountable for each child in our program achieving results in three outcome areas: (1) Socio-Emotional Competence - Higher aspirations, greater confidence, and better relationships; (2) Avoidance of Risky Behaviors; and (3) Educational Success.

When compared with their peers, youth matched in our program showed:

·         97.9% improvement in Socio-Emotional Competence (social acceptance, parental trust, etc.)

·         88.8% improvement in Avoidance of Risky Behaviors (attitudes toward - drugs, hitting, etc.)

·         94.5% improvement in Educational Success (scholastic competency, grades, truancy, etc.)

We look forward to continued work with our community partners and our families to achieve these and greater positive outcomes in the years ahead. Thank you to all our sponsors who continue to make Taste of the Town such a memorable and successful event.

Working together, we truly can and will change the lives of the youth we serve for the better, forever.
