Back to News List New Match Anniversary Survey for Mentors and Youth2010-06-01 Every year, a survey is conducted with both mentors and parents/guardians around the match anniversary. These surveys allow Big Brothers Big Sisters to track the progress that a match has made during the year. There is a new survey that will need to be completed by mentor and youth at the time of your anniversary. These surveys will be done in-person with your Match Support Specialist.
Your Match Support Specialist will contact you to set up a meeting at the Big Brothers Big Sisters’ office. At the meeting, we will talk about goals for the next year. The goals can be a mix of serious and fun goals. Examples include: improving grades, improving conduct at home or planning a new activity.
Our database system will automatically email you three surveys on your match anniversary date called POE, SOR and Match Satisfaction Survey. You can either choose to fill these out online or you can complete them when you come to your meeting at the office.
