How long have you been matched? 1 ½ years (since October 2008)

What are your favorite activities to do with each other? Since we are part of the Site- Based program we are not able to go anywhere outside of Danz Elementary, but we have a lot of activities that we enjoy doing together! Some of our favorite activities include arts & crafts, playing tag & hopscotch, jump roping, having Natalie braid Maria’s hair and working on school projects! We basically enjoy anything and everything that we do together!

Tell us about a funny moment you shared together.

We have had a lot of funny moments together, but Maria brought up one moment in particular that she thought was very funny (and I must agree, it was pretty funny)! Maria brought up the time that we were looking for each other in the commons at Danz and we literally ran into each other. Running into each other made us both almost fall to the ground, luckily we both caught our balance! We laughed quite a bit after running into each other!

What is something that you have in common?

We have a few things in common! For starters we both have the same favorite color: pink! And we both have our ears double pierced. We both really enjoy watching the High School Musical movies! And one of the most exciting things that we have in common is that we both LOVE the Jonas Brothers!!

Any thing else you would like to say?

Maria came up with a wonderful poem about us!
